(More customer reviews)I thought I was going to like this product. It turns out the mattress pad is harder than I expected. A less dense 2" mattress topper would have been better. Returning the item is not easy either. I've looked up return policy and you need to return it on your own. This item came in a box in a vacuumed sealed plastic. I'm not sure how I am supposed to return it now. Finding a bigger box will just cost more to ship. Might as well just eat the cost? Dont know what else to do.
