(More customer reviews)Purchased the bed for our 1st camping trip. No problems with inflation (we made sure to recharge the battery ahead of time), comfortable to sleep on. Trying to deflate the bed, we tried adjusting the air nozzle and a plastic piece broke off, making the bed useless, although it made for a super quick deflation! Called The Back Store for replacement, was told they don't deal with that. Had to contact Intex directly. I was pleased to learn the tiny plastic replacement valve cost only $3..plus $5 S&H..over all, I would recommend the bed. If there is a way to deflate the bed quickly without breaking off the little plastic piece, it would be a 5-star review.
