(More customer reviews)I purchased this bed frame with a mattress from the same company. I am happy with the mattress, the frame is a disaster. When I unpacked the box, there were cut zip ties, empty plastic bags, loose cardboard, and loose screws floating around in the box. I figured it had been unpacked, repacked and sent out again. All the parts seemed to be there so I proceeded in putting the frame together. I did not get past step one. The parts and directions did not match! This bed was impossible to assemble with the parts and directions that were given. I decided to give the product/company another chance and asked for a replacement. BIG MISTAKE! It was the same exact situation from the destroyed box, to the poor directions. Bottom line... don't bother with this frame.
