2. If you use lower sleep number it provides no lower back support and looks/feels like a hammock
3. If you use a higher number it supports the lower back but if you sleep on your side the pressure on the shoulder caused discomfort and makes your arm numb. A good quality inner spring provides zone support (ie. firm but lets shoulders sink in a bit)
4. Beware they charge shipping both ways if you decide to return.
5. Pump started leaking after the 2 year full warrenty expired, they wanted another $200 to replace, I told them to pound sand!!!
Don't waste your money, go buy a high quality inner sping mattress
Oh, the only pro is you can adjust both sides independantly, in our case we get to adjust them every night since the pump leaks on one side, even the other side slowly loses pressure.
