(More customer reviews)When we received this product it was smelly, appeared to be in storage for long time. The product does not look the same as shown in picture. The Fabric we saw is more like a velvet. (Whereas the picture shown is totally different)
We first thought of returning the product due to its first impact. We were told that full refund will be made but shipping cost is not covered. By calculation we would have wasted 25% amount by returning the product so decided to clean it and use it to see what it would look like.
We cleaned the product by soaking it in water and then drying it to remove some marks and smell. We took this risk to test the product and verify it. The cover now appeared pretty bright. It fits perfect for 8 inch Queen memory Foam. We love it now since it makes your mattress look totally different.
Wish the product sold appeared brand new and was taken good care of before selling.
