(More customer reviews)buying a bed untested is a risky business.Reviews are all subjective and so is individuals sense of comfort, or soft, hard/firm. I got the mattress on time, it was well packed and arrived it fine shape. I unwrapped it and let it come up to shape which did not take more than a couple of hours but I wasnt paying attention. It smelled new but now it smells of the new sheets nothing diffferent than any other new product. I have used it a week now and it is neutral except for the new sheets and comforter I just got. I find it comfortalbe not super firm nor soft but exactly the combination of those characteristics I had expected. It wasnt the cheapest, nor the most expensive but I do not sweat in it so the air flow they advertise must work It is not a spring bed so the fact it not is another reason I got it. I like it.
