(More customer reviews)I was horrified when this pillow arrive flat as a pancake that had been rolled. Once we got it out of it's airtight packaging it took on a new life. It's really a great pillow. I bought it for my husband who has been through multiple pillows in the past few years without finding one he likes. His biggest problem with this pillow is that I take it from him. So... we will be purchasing another soon.
